Returns & Exchanges Policy
  • Return Eligibility: Because every item we design is custom-made specially for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges at the moment. As 4iir grows, we absolutely plan on upgrading our system and offering a flexible return policy to give you an even better experience!
  • Sizing Questions: To make sure you get the perfect fit before ordering, please check our size charts or reach out directly to wear4iir@gmail.com with your measurements. We are happy to guide you!
  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your custom gear arrives damaged, defective, or if we made a mistake on your order, we will absolutely make it right. Please email us at wear4iir@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will process a replacement or solution for you within 3 to 5 business hours of receiving your message.
